At Wicked One Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the policy below:

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 10 days from the date of receipt to return a product if it does not meet your expectations.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Returns via express courier services are not accepted.
  • We do not accept washed or worn products unless an exceptional decision is made by Wicked One Canada
  • Only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted.
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be eligible for return or exchange


     

1. If You Ordered the Wrong Size or Product

If you made an error in selecting your size or product and would like an exchange, store credit, or refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please send the product back via postal mail, including the following items in the package:
✔ A copy of your original invoice
✔ A written explanation of the reason for your return

2. If We Made an Error in Your Order

⚠️ Returns must be made using Canada Post or a similar standard postal service. Express courier services (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Chronopost) will not be reimbursed in full.

Processing Time

  • Exchanges and returns are typically processed within 8 - 12 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
  • Only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted.
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
